Plane of Steam
At the lower borders, the planes of Fire and Water collide. Water from the Sea of Worlds is boiled away by heat from the Sea of Fire, creating a boundary space of steam. The steam is incredibly hot (see Extreme Head, DMG p. 110). The plane is sparsely populated with floating motes of earth, and is navigated much like the Plane of Air, albeit without the Labyrinth of Winds as a navigational aid.
